Our son Jordi was born early at 30 weeks at La Casa de la Maternitat, in Barcelona. He left us the same morning on the 7th of April 2011.
Jordi leaves us with beautiful memories and we will always remember him with love and the hopes that he brought us. For our Jordi, always love your children with the purest, truest love and hold them with love often.
